Polyak CDL Driver Requirements:
Over 25 years of age
Minimum of two years semi-driving experience
*Some availability for trainees
No positive results on drug tests
No more than one speeding ticket over the past three years
No speeding over 19 MPH
Good CSA score
No DUI or OWI over the last five years
Intermodal and Reefer experience is a plus
If you’re an owner operator, you must meet the above requirements as well as have tractor(s) that pass the annual DOT inspection.
